Graduation Card Using Pick A Pennant

Happy Monday All,
Well it's that time of year, graduation time!
Today's C.O.D- Card of the Day, I have used the New Pick A Pennant Stamp Set and the returning Floral Phrases Stamp Set for the sentiment.

Direction to make this card:

8 1/2" x 5 1/2" Blueberry Bushel Cardstock for the card base, fold in half.

5" x 3 3/4" Whisper White Cardstock for top layer

3" x 3" Blueberry Bushel Cardstock for square, cut out with 2" framelit

Scrap of Blueberry Bushel Cardstock, punch out 3/4" circle.

Whisper White Bakers twine for the tassel.
