Sweet Candy Canes , Merry & Bright Card

Hello everyone and welcome back,

I hope you all had a great weekend. I was busy creating my craft fair projects.

Well August is just about over and here comes September. Soon Christmas will be here, so we might as well start on Christmas cards right? Or do you like to wait until December to make them?

This week I will be featuring the Sweet Candy Canes Stamp set and dies.

Click on the picture to view the products I used to make this card
This card was so easy to make, I only had to stamp three times. I stamped the candy canes in Real Red ink on Basic White cardstock and cut them out with the matching dies. I then stamped the Merry & Bright in Memento Black ink and used my paper snips to cut around the words.
I only had to cut three pieces of paper too! I cut a two pieces of the Sweetest Christmas DSP and adhered them to the Real Red card base. I then cut a piece of Garden Green cardstock, that was it! How easy and look how cute the card is. You can make all of your Christmas cards in one day haha.
To finish it off I added a Bakers Twine bow to the Candy Canes.

Only 3 more days of Sale-A-Bration

Forever Friends Card

Hello everyone! TGIF,

Here we are again the end of the week. Boy the time sure does fly when your having fun, right?

I have been busy creating projects for an upcoming craft fair. But to finish off the week with our featured stamp set Forever Friends I have one more card for you.

I really have enjoyed using the stamp set, because of the many uses for it.

Are any of you like me and don't have a green thumb?
This year I planted a garden and no luck lol.
That's why this sentiment is perfect for me.
For the card I used the Butterfly Kisses DSP and some Basic White cardstock.
Along with my Calypso Coral & Parakeet Party Stampin' Blends.
I LOVE coloring with my Stampin' Blends, do you see how I used just the Parakeet Party Blends on the plants but they are all different colors? The more layers of color you use the darker the color will get. I did the same on the planters with the Calypso Coral Blends.
As I've been showing you all week I was limted to products I had on hand since I was visiting my daughter in Indiana. But with limited products I created some cute cards, don't you think?
I hope you enjoyd the projects this week, next week I'll be featuring the Sweet Candy Canes Bundle.

Measurements to make this card:
4 1/4" x 11" Thick Basic White cardstock, folded in half-Card base

Embossed Treat Bags- Hues of Happiness

Hello everyone!
Continuing with my treat/gift packaging ideas this week, I have a treat bag this time.

This bag is so pretty, It has embossed vertical lines on it.
I used my Blending Brush and Fresh Freesia ink pad to blend some ink onto the bag to give it some color. These bags come in Basic White and you get 10 in a package.
I used the Hues of Happiness suite again, but this time I cut the flowers and leaves out of the DSP. Using the DSP saved my some time so I could make a lot of them. These make great gift bags for hostess gifts.
I used the Brilliant Wings Dies to cut out my butterflies.
I stamped the sentiment in Fresh Freesia ink on basic White cardstock and cut the ends at an angle.
I finished it off with the beautiful Glittered Organdy Ribbon.

Sale-A-Bration is winding down, it'll be over on August 31st.

Cup of Tea-Peekaboo Treat Bag

Hello everyone and welcome back,

I hope you all had a great weekend, I did.

I'm currently in Indiana visiting my daughter and son in law.

It is always great to spend time with family 😍.

This week I will be focusing on Stampin' Up! treat packages.

Today I'm using the Peekaboo Treat Bag's, these come in a package of 10, 5 craft bags and 5 white bags.

Click on the picture to view all of the products I used to make this treat bag
This bag was super easy to make.
I found these Lemoncello Almonds at Costco and they are soooooo good!
I thought these would make perfect little gifts for my friends when they come over and visit.
I used the white bags and stamped them with the Lemon stamp from the Cup of Tea stamp set and Daffodil Delight ink. I added a Daffodil Delight Bow. How did I get a Daffodil Delight bow? I used my Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends and colored the White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon. You can use any of your Stampin' Blends to get the color ribbon you want. I love this ribbon for that reason.
For the tag I used the small Taylor Made Tag Die and used the To/From stamp.
Now that was easy, right?
You can make a bunch of them in no time at all.
The Cup of Tea Stamp Set can be used for many projects.
I only used two stamps from the set

You can also buy them on Amazon here:
