2023-2025 In Colors

 Hello everyone, welcome back!
 Have you had a chance to look at the new Annual catalog? Did you notice the color refresh? 11 new colors including some returning colors. What do you think of the 2023-2025 In Colors?

I made some cards using each of the colors and the super fun Crafting with You Bundle.

The crafting with You bundle has some fun dies, I chose to use the Cut & Emboss stamp to showcase each color on each card.

Sweet Citrus- Big Squeeze Card

Hello!

Today I have a question for you, What do you do with those leftover pieces from the Sweet Citrus embossed cardstock? (The pieces that don't die cut)

Well of course I couldn't let them go to waste, right?

Here is what I did. I used my blending brush to add some Daffodil Delight ink to the embossed pieces.

I used my Paper Snips and cut out all the lemon pieces. I had a lot of them so I cut them all out lol.

I glued the lemon pieces onto a 5 1/4" x 4" piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock. Tied some crinkled Ribbon around it. Layered that onto a Daffodil Delight card base. Stamped my sentiment in Balmy Blue ink on Basic White cardstock and die cut it with the Deckled Rectangle die.

I finished it off by adding some Glossy Dots.

Look at how fun this card turned out! Look at the embossing 😃! Those lemons stand out, so fun!

Greatest Journey Grandson Card

Hello everyone and welcome back,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter.

Today I have a card that I made for my Grandson for his birthday. His favorite color is orange and he loves to bike ride.

So of course the Greatest Journey Stamp set and Designser Series Paper was perfect! They are both retiring, 😥. 

This card is a very simple card to make.

The Happy Birthday Grandson sentiment is from the Best Family Ever stamp set.

I die cut a bike in Basic Black, Basic Gray and Smoky Slate. I adhere them together at the front wheel. I had to cut the back end off ogf the Smoky Slate Bike to make it fit the card. I layered a piece of Basic Black with the DSP and adhered it to the Basic Gray card base. The DSP does all the work! I stamped the sun and sentiment in Memento Black ink and was done!  Easy peasy!

I made another version with the card in landscape. I wanted to make it look like the bike rider was making a jump. 

The sentiment here is from the Greatest Journey stamp set.

Cheerful Basket Easter Card

First I have to wish you a Happy Good Friday, 

May you continued to be blessed.

Today concludes my Quick & Easy Easter cards. I hope you have enjoyed them and have used the tutorials I have included.

Today's card is too cute. I again use the Easter Bunny stamp set and the Full Basket dies that coordinate with the Cheerful Basket stamp set.

The Cheerful Basket Bundle is retiring, you can get it in the last chance sale going on now. 

I thought it was so cute to have the bunny sitting in the basket surrounded by Easter eggs.

I used a variety of Stampin' Blends to color the Bunny, Flowers and Eggs.

I used the Subtles DSP which is also retiring. 

 

I stamped the inside with "Happy Easter"
