I hope you are spending time with Family and Friends today and taking time out to remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
I have many family members who have served our country and thankfully have all made it home.
I'll say extra prayers for those who didn't make it home.
I made this card with those in mind. I used the Hats Off Bundle. So much fun to work with!
I could not stop playing with it, I'll share my other creations later.
I used some scraps of Real Red, Basic White and Night of Navy to create the background.
I used the hat die to cut out the hat and I printed HERO on my computer and cut it out with the die.
I wanted to add some stars and there just so happen to be a star die too!
I cut out some gold stars.
I stamped the sentiment in Versamark ink and heat embossed it with Gold embossing powder.
I love the way this card came out!
I even added a 1/2" of the layered pieces to the inside of the card.
You can see it peeking out.
