December Sweet Stampede Blog Hop

Hello everyone!

Oh My it's December! Just 24 more shopping days until Christmas Yikes!

I just got back from a cruise and I haven't even pulled out the Christmas decorations, but I do have a Christmas card for you!

Be sure and hop along with my fellow Sweet Stampede team members. Please comment on their post and show them some love. Unfortunately there is only three of us this month. When the holidays come around everyone gets very busy.

I have created a design sketch for our team to use this month. The designs are created so you can copy it exactly as is or to use as a starting point for your creation. This month's design was created so you to use up all of your scrap pieces of DSP or cardstock. You can use as many as you'd like or just a little.

I used the Traditional Labels Bundle  and the Stylish Shapes Dies to create the squares from my scraps of Christmas Tags & More DSP.

I used the sketch as a starting point for my card.

I die cut the smallest Stylish Shapes square using my scraps and glued them diagonally across a 5 1/4" x 4" piece of Basic White cardstock. I then added a piece of Real Red Shiny Ribbon across the front and taped it down in the back. I tied a bow and using Mini Glue dots added it in the center. I added that to a 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" piece of Garden Green cardstock and adhered the layered piece to a Real Red card base using Stampin' Dimensionals. Don't you just love the double banner die cut? The Traditional Labels dies has so many fun label dies to choose from.

I stamped the sentiment on the front of the card and the inside in Real Red ink.

Now let's hop on over and see what Barb has created.

November Sweet Stampede Blog Hop

Hello everyone!

Happy November, it's my birthday month woo hoo 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳! Be on the look out for some birthday month specials when you shop with me.

It's that time again, the Sweet Stampede November Blog Hop!

I have created a design sketch for our team to use this month. The designs are created so you can copy it exactly as is or use as a starting point for your creation.

I used the very popular Party Banner Dies and the Stylish Shapes Dies along with another favorite of mine the Homemade Treats Bundle. Hint new class coming soon using this bundle.

Using the design I created as a starting point, I decided to change the orientation of my card and used the landscape layout instead of portrait.
I love the little stamps from the Homemade Treats Bundle and the matching dies!
How cute are the mini Gingerbread Men, Candy Canes & Santa Hats?
I used the Eyelet 3D embossing folder on each of my banners to add some texture.
The Traditional Sparkling Sequins are perfect to finish off any card.

Okay so I love Gingham, of course any DSP that is Gingham I have to use it.
This DSP is from the Christmas Tags & More DSP pack. I used a piece on the inside of my card just to add a little more color and Gingham haha.

Let's not forget the envelope, I had to use the Gingham DSP on my envelope too!

Be sure and hop along and see everyone's amazing projects and leave them some love by commenting on their projects.
Now let's hop on over and see what Barb has created.

Gingerbread Man- Season Eatings Card

Hello! Welcome Back,

Are you getting ready for Christmas yet?
To be honest I'm still making Halloween Treats but I've been taking a break here and there and playing with some bundles from the Mini Catalog.
Today I have a fun card for you using the Gingerbread Man bundle. It is on page 54.

This card was super simple to make.
I added a 5" x 3 3/4" piece of Christmas Tags and More DSP to a 5 1/4" x 4" piece of Real Red Cardstock and added to the front of a Garden Green card base.
I Stamped my gingerbread man image in Versamark then heat embossed with White Embossing Powder and die cut using only half of the die.
These dies are so adorable, you can add different faces, candies, a hat and a scarf.
I added a Garden Green hat & scarf that I brushed Wink of Stella on to my guy.
I stamped some gum drops in Real Red & Graden Green ink on Basic White cardstock and die cut them, added them to the card front along with some candy canes in his hand from the Christmas Tags and More DSP.
I stamped the sentiment in Real Red ink on Basic White cardstock, die cut the image and added it to the card with Liquid Glue and Dimensionals. I added some Sparkling Sequins to the card. I also added a 5 1/4" x 4" piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside.
