Summer Inspiration 7-22-25

Hello everyone!

First of all I apologize for being absent the last few weeks. My sister passed away and I've been spending time with my family.

I'm playing catch up with my business now. Thank you so much for your support and understanding during this difficult time. Thank you to all of you who have sent cards, texts, prayers and kind words. I appreciate all of them.

Today I have my weekly summer inspiration for you.

I used Highland Heather, Fresh Freesia and Gorgeous Grape for my three purple inks.
I also used the Inspiring Imperfections Bundle.

I stamped the inside of my card in Gorgeous Grape ink.
Do you always stamp the inside of your cards?

July Sweet Stampede Blog Hop

Hello everyone!

Welcome to another Sweet Stampede Blog Hop! This month we have a design sketch for you! We are using the design sketch and 3 of our favorite Stampin Up! colors in our projects.

I used the Otterly Amazing Suite of products. This suite is on the last chance list, some of the products are discounted and they are while supplies last.

Why did I use a last chance suite? This suite is so adorable and I thought it was perfect to make a summer card to send to my grandchildren. My grandchildren love to receive cards from me. This set reminded me of when I would take them to The Monterey Bay Aquarium. We'd love to watch the otters swim around inside the aquarium and outside in the bay as well.

Plus this bundle had my favorite colors too. If you know me I love any color of blue or green and when their combined, oh my lol. My three favorite colors in this card are Pretty Peacock, Balmy Blue and Caypso Coral.

I love how the Pretty Peacock circle and the Calypso Coral fish go so good together along with the Balmy Blue DSP. All of my favorites!

Measurements for my card:
  1. 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Balmy Blue cardstock. Fold in half.
  2. 1" x 5 1/2"  Otterly Adorable DSP rock pattern- Side Layer
  3. 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" Otterly Adorable DSP wave pattern- Center layer
  4. 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" Pretty Peacock - 2nd to Largest Spotlight on Nature circle
  5. 3" x 3" Otterly Adorable DSP wave pattern- 3rd to Largest Spotlight on Nature circle
