Feathered Fun- Thanks Card

Hello! Welcome to another crafting week,

This week I'll be featuring the Feathered Fun Stamp set. I got this set back in March after attending On Stage. I really liked the images but I hadn't used it, because honestly I thought It would be hard to create with it. But once I picked it up I could not stop using it. Funny how that works.

For today's card I'm using the love bird stamp out of the set. Although this stamp set does not have any sentiments it will pair well with any sentiments you have. I used the Simply Said Stamp set for my sentiment.

Although I made a Thank You card,  this would make a great Anniversary card too.

Adding a little strip of DSP adds a nice touch to the inside.

I started with a Lost Lagoon card base.
I cut the DSP at 5 1/4" x 4" and die cut the 2nd to largest Stylish Shapes circle in the center and adhered it to the card front using Dimensionals.
I stamped the love birds in Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored the birds with Lemon Lime Twist, Lost Lagoon, Pumpkin Pie & Peach Pie Stampin' Blends.
I cut them out using my Paper Snips and adhered them inside the circle using Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment in Timid Tiger ink on Basic White cardstock and added it to the bottom left corner using Dimensionals.
I added some In Color Flat Pearls around the circle.
For the inside I added a piece of Basic White cardstock and a piece of DSP across the bottom.

Measurements for this card:
8 1/2" x 5 1/2" Lost Lagoon cardstock- Card Base
5 1/4""x 4" Subtles DSP - Top layer
2 " x 2" Basic White- Love Birds
1 5/8" x 5/8" Basic White- Sentiment
5 1/4" x  4" Basic White- Inside layer
5/8" x 4 1/8" Subtles DSP- Inside layer

Blooming Phrases- Just because Card

Hello!

Today I have a card using the Blooming Phrases Stamp Set.

This is a quick and easy card that you can replicate multiples in minutes.

Click on the picture to view the products I used to make this card.

I  used the 2025-2027 In Colors, Darling DuckingSecret Sea & Strawberry Slush.
I used a Strawberry Slush card base and layered a Basic White piece to it after I stamped my flowers and sentiment. I added some In Color Flat Pearls and a Darling Duckling Bow to finish it off.
To stamp the stems I used the line from the end of "just because". I placed a piece of scrap paper over the bottom of my Basic white cardstock and stamped just the line and the word was on the scrap paper. I stamped the leaves onto the lines then my flowers. How fun, right?

Measurements for this card:
8 1/2" x 5 1/2" Strawberry Slush cardstock- Card Base
5 1/4" x 4"  Basic White- Top Layer
5 1/4" x  4" Basic White- Inside layer

Here is another version of the card I made.
I used Timid Tiger on the flowers and a Darling Duckling card base.

Sweet Blooms- Hello card

Hello!

TGIF, Today I have a card using the Florals in Bloom DSP again. I am loving this DSP, the floral patterns are so pretty.

Click on the picture to view the products I used to make this card.

The card is so pretty with all of the floral images. I started with a 5 1/2" x 4" piece of Summer Splash cardstock. I layered a 5 1/4" x 8" piece of DSP that I scored at 2" & 6". I folded the score lines inwards and glued it to the Summer Splash cardstock.
I added a 3" x 4 1/4" piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside.
I embossed a 2 3/4" x 2 1/4" piece of Summer Splash cardstock with the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder.
I stamped the stems in Secret Sea ink (stamping off first on the Darling Duckling one) and the flowers twice in Strawberry Slush ink and then once in Darling Duckling ink on Basic White cardstock. I die cut them with the matching die. I added them to the embossed rectangle using Dimensionals. I added the rectangle to the card base adding Dimensionals just to the right side.
I stamped "Hello" in Secret Sea ink on a 2" x 1" piece of Strawberry Slush. I added that to the card with Diemsionals placing it just over the rectangle to hold the card closed.
I finished with a Black & Vanilla Gingham bow.

Inside of the card.

Measurements for this card:
4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Summer Splash cardstock- Card Base
5 1/4" x 8"  Florals in Bloom DSP- Top Layer
3" x  4 1/4" Basic White- Inside layer
2 3/4" x 2 1/4" Summer Splash- Embossed Rectangle
4 1/2" x 2 1/2" Basic White- Flowers
2" x 1" Strawberry Slush- Sentiment
