Bird Ballad Class To Go and Free as a Bird Card

Bird Ballad Class Prices

This class “To Go” has three options:

Option #1 $75

This is the full Class To Go Kit. It includes the Free as a Bird Bundle (Stamp Set and Stitched Nested Labels Dies), package of Linen Thread, package of Rhinestone Basic Jewels and a combo pack of Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends plus all five make and take materials. When you choose this option, you are getting the Rhinestones for free! You will also receive the full PDF step by step tutorial.

Option #2- $40

This is the Class to Go Kit for those of you who already own the Free as a Bird Stamp Set and Stitched Nested Dies. You will need the Stamp Set and Dies to create these projects, so only choose this option if you already own them. Your class kit includes a package of Linen Thread, package of Rhinestone Basic Jewels and a combo pack of Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends and all five make and take materials as well as the full color PDF tutorial.

Option #1 and #2 both ship priority for $8. If you are local and would like to pick up your class kit, note in your email that you would like "Porch Pick Up" to save on shipping.

I'm away

Hello all,

I am away camping with my family this week.

This is a yearly tradition I enjoyed with my parents when I was a child.

I now get to enjoy it with my children and grandchildren.

I will be taking my 84 year old mother, who has never missed a trip.

Four generations camping together.

We will be camping at Big Basin Redwood State Park. It's so beautiful!

Free as a Bird- Blue Bird

Hello all,
Today I have a card that I enjoyed using my Stampin' Blends on.
Like I said before I feel like I'm a artist using my Stampin' blends, they are so easy to color with.
Look at how pretty this bird is and I only used the light and dark Seaside Spray Stampin' Blends.
Oh wait and Dark Daffodil Delight on the Beak and Light Crumb Cake for the dirt. So only four Stampin' Blends.

Card Measurements:
Seaside Spray 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" folded in half
Seaside ink-Stamp the flower in the corners
Seaside Spray DSP 5 1/4" x 2 3/4" adhere to the card front after stamping the flowers.
Stitched Nested Label in Whisper White- Stamp the bird in Memento Black ink
color in using Seaside Spray Stampin' Blends, use Crumb Cake for the dirt under the bird.
Stamp the sentiment in Seaside Spray ink
Adhere the Label to the card front.
Tie a Magnolia Lane Ribbon Bow and adhere to the card using a glue dot.

Free as a Bird-Rococo Rose

Hello all this week my product of the week is the Free as a Bird Bundle

This Bundle has been a popular one!

At first I was not attracted to it. I decided to get it and challenge myself.

I Loved it so much that I created a class that is coming soon.

Now onto today's card.

One reason why I love this stamp set is because I get to use my Stampin' Blends.

I feel like I'm a artist when I use my Stampin' Blends haha 🤣. They are so easy to use!

Card Measurements:

Rococo Rose 5 1/2" x * 1/2" fold in half

Rococo Rose DSP 5" x 3 3/4" adhere to the front of the card.

Stamp the birds in Memento Black ink on Whisper White cardstock, cut out with the Stitched Nested Label dies.

Color the birds with Stampin' Blends Dark Daffodil Delight, Light Rococo Rose, Light Old Olive, Light & Dark Crumb Cake and Light Petal Pink.

Loop some Magnolia thread around the back of the label and adhere the label to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment on Whisper White cardstock and cut out with the smallest Stitched Label Die.

Add some Nobel Peacock Rhinestones

Free as a Bird- Sahara Sand & Petal Pink

Happy Monday,
Welcome to another week of fun projects! This week I'll be featuring the Free as a Bird Bundle.

Card Measurements:
Sahara Sand cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" folded in half
Petal Pink cardstock 5 1/4' x 4"
Whisper White cardstock 5" x 3 3/4" stamp the leaves in Sahara Sand ink all over, then stamp the flower in Petal Pink ink all over. Layer all of the pieces together, wrap some linen thread around the layered pieces and tie a bow. Adhere to the card front.
Stamp the bird in Memento Black ink and punch it out with a 2 1/4" circle punch.
Color the bird with Light and Dark Crumb Cake, Light Petal Pink and Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends. Adhere to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Cut a piece of whisper White cardstock 1/2" x 2" stamp the sentiment in Petal Pink ink, cut a angle at the end, tuck under the circle and adhere with Mini dimensionals.
