Mom- Flower Pot Card

Hello everyone!

Are you ready for Mother's Day? Have you started making Mother's Day Cards?

I have always wanted to make a flower pot card and with the Unbounded Love Bundle it was easy to make this card.

Remember on Tuesday how I didn't use Peach Pie? Well today that is the color of my flower pot haha. Today I do use all 5 new In Colors.

I'm sure there are many versions of a flower pot card, but this one is all mine. I created it with a vision in my head and I'm so happy with the way it came out.

I started with a 4 1/4" x 11" piece of Peach Pie cardstock. I folded it at 5 1/2", then cut off 1" from the opposite side. You'll have two 1" x 4 1/4" pieces.

I made a tick mark at 3/4" inward on each end of the folded side. On my paper trimmer I cut from the 3/4" tick mark to the top corner on each side.

I added a 4 1/4" x 3 1/4" piece of Peach Pie DSP, I lined it up at the bottom then trimmed off the excess using my paper snips.

I added both 1" x 4 1/4" pieces of cardstock to the front and back top using Dimensionals.

I stamped a the flower outline in Petunia Pop, Peach Pie, Pretty in Pink, Summer Splash and Shy Shamrock full stregenth on Basic White cardstock. I stamped the fill in by stamping off first on each flower then die cut with the matching die.

I die cut the leaves in Shy Shamrock cardstock.

I cut a 2 5/8" x 5" piece of Basic White cardstock. I glued the leaves on each side then glued the flowers at the top of the cardstock. This is the insert and you can write your message on it.

I die cut the letters"MOM" from Summer Splash cardstock and glued them to the top of the pot. You can personalized your pot with any name using the Mini Alphabet Dies

I finished by adding the NEW Basic Beige Ribbon, by tying it around th epot and finishing it with a bow. I added some Shimmer Dots too.
