Sweet Stampede Blog Hop-Flowers

Hello all,
Thanks for stopping by and following the Sweet Stampede Blog Hop!
The Sweet Stampede is a amazing team that I am fortunate to belong too.
I just returned from San Antonio for OnStage yesterday. I have been nonstop busy!
I can't wait to share a lot of new products with you, but first we have our blog hop.
This month our theme is flowers.
I decided to make a box and decorate it with flowers.
My gift box

For my gift box, I started out with a 11" x 7 1/2" piece of Calypso Coral cardstock.
On the longside score at 3 1/2", 5 1/4", 8 3/4" and 10 1/2".
On the short side score at 1 3/4", 5 1/4" and 7".
Cut your piece of cardstock according to the picture below:
Round the corners of the top three tabs. (ignore the bottom rounded one, that was a boo boo)
Add adhesive to the small tab, fold over to the other side and secure.
The four tabs at the bottom will be the bottom of your box, fold the tabs in and secure with adhesive.
Use a 3/4" punch, center it in the middle of your box and punch out a half circle.
For the Belly Band I used the Petal Promenade DSP and cut it at 12"x 3", wrapped it around the box and secured it in the back.
For the tag I used the amazing Floral Frames Bundle. I love this bundle! I stamped the frame in Memento Black Ink, then fussy cut it out. I stamped the sentiment in Calyspo Coral Ink. I used my Light and Dark Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends and colored the leaves in. I stamped the flowers in Calypso Coral ink on Whisper White Cardstock and cut them out with the coordinating dies. I used mini dimesionals and added the flowers to the frame. Then using the Light Calyspo Coral Stampin' Blend I colored the flowers in.
Look how pretty it is after it's all colored in! I love using my Stampin' Blends!
I use them alot! I own the whole set of Stampin' Blends, and it's hard not to use them in every project.
To make my flowers have a little sparkle, I added some Wink of Stella.

I adhered the tag with Stampin' Dimensionals to the front.
To finish it off I tied a Whisper White Polka Dot Ribbon bow.
So delicate and pretty right?
I hope you like it.
Please click the next box and follow along with the rest of my team.
Next up is Trisha Magnus

This month our team has been busy with OnStage so we don't have that many participants this month.
So we really appreciate you stopping by each blog. Thank you
