A Touch of Ink Hummingbird Card

Hello everyone,

Just a few more days until Christmas, so I thought I'd share a sneak peek into a stamp set that you can earn for free starting January 5th.

The Set is called A Touch of Ink. It's a two step stamp set. Anything with Hummingbirds is a must for me. The set also has a Butterfly and some flowers and leaves. It also includes some sentiments.

I used my sponge daubers to color the hummingbird. Then fussy cut him out. I googled Hummingbird pictures and that is how I selected my colors. I used Real Red, Pear Pizzazz and Bermuda Bay.
I stamped it all on a Whisper White Stitched Rectangle.
I also used the Oh So Ombre DSP that you can also earn for free during Sale-A-Bration.
This DSP has my favorite colors in it Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green, Rococo Rose and Blackberry Bliss.
I stamped the flowers in Daffodil Delight and used Daffodil Delight cardstock as my card base and layered some Whisper White cardstock under the beautiful Bermuda Bay DSP.
I finished it off with the sentiment in Bermuda Bay ink and a shimmery bow, using the Snowflake Splendor Ribbon.

If you need the new catalogs, please email me and I'll get them out to you.

Poinsettia Petals Christmas Card

Hello,

I've got a beautiful Holiday card for you.

Using the Poinsettia Place suite, I created this super easy card. We like easy right? It looks complicated by the Poinsettia, but the dies make it so easy.

I layered a piece of the DSP onto a Old Olive layer and adhered it to the Very Vanilla Card base.
I cut a piece of the opposite side of the DSP at 1" x 4" adhered it to the center of the card.
I stamped the sentiment on the inside in Old Olive ink.
Measurements for this card:
11" x 4 1/4" Thick Very Vanilla folded in half.
5 1/4" x 4" Old Olive.
5 1/8" x 3 7/8" Poinsettia Place DSP.
1" x 4" Poinsettia Place DSP.
Very Vanilla for the Poinsettia
Gold Foil for the center of the Poinsettia

Trimming the town, Christmas Card

Hi all!

I have a Christmas card, using the Trimming the town DSP and Stamp set.

I used the same layout as yesterday. I'm trying to use up my DSP before it retires lol.

I love the DSP for the background.
I pulled the Pear Pizzazz color from the DSP for my Stitched Rectangle.
I heat embossed the houses, cut the little house out with the matching die and popped it up with dimensionals. I heat embossed the light post and sentiments as well, using White embossing powder.
The sentiments are from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set, one of my favorites.
For the inside I stamped the little house in Misty Moonlight ink and added a 1/2" wide strip of the DSP to the left side.

Measurements for this card:
4 1/4" x 11" Misty Moonlight folded in half
5 1/4" x 4" Pear Pizzazz
5 1/8" x 3 7/8" DSP
Pear Pizzazz- Stitched rectangle (4th to the largest)
5 1/4" x 4" Whisper White for inside
5 1/4" x 1/2"DSP for the inside

Have a great day, 💙 Lisa
