Rooted in Nature Fancy Fold Card

Hello all,
Thanks for stopping by today!
I've been so busy getting ready of our annual camping trip that I have not posted anything in a few days. Our family has a annual camping trip that we go on every July. This year since my dad is no longer with us. I decided to buy a trailer so my mom would be more comfortable. We love tent camping so this was a huge decision. My mom is 83 years young and still insists on camping in a tent. I have been on a search for the perfect one to meet her needs. Since we love nature so much, I thought this card would be perfect! It is a fancy fold that is super simple to make.
I have used the Rooted in Nature Stamp Set, which also has matching framelits dies.

Directions to make this card:
11" x 4 1/4" Cardstock, score long side at 4 1/4" and 8 1/2"
Punch a 2" circle where 4 1/4" score line is in the middle.
DSP 2 1/4" x 4" for top panel
DSP 4" x 4" for bottom panel
4" x 4" Whisper White card stock for inside.
Scrap Whisper White for banner
Punch another 2" circle in a coordinating color of cardstock
Punch a 1 3/4" circle in whisper white for the sentiment, adhere the circles together.
Fold your card in place and add adhesive to the bottom of your circles and place where the circle punch is.
Ta da there is your fancy fold card! How easy was that??
You can make a bunch of these in no time at all.
Thanks for stopping by, have a great day.

Stair Stepper card using Sea of Textures

Happy Friday all!
Today I have a fancy fold card for you, it's called the stair stepper card.
It is really easy to make, with a few cuts using the Stampin' Trimmer.

I sponged the Sand Dollars with Soft Suede ink using a Sponge Dauber .
I colored the Starfish (inside of Sand Dollar) using Grapefruit Grove ink using the sponge dauber as well and used Wink of Stella to give them that extra sparkle.

This will fit in a regular card envelope too!

Directions to make this card:

11" x 4 1/4" Highland Heather card base.
Place the short side on the Stampin' Trimmer at 3/4", cut from the 1" mark to the 6 1/2" mark, turn paper over to the other side and do the same.
Place the long side with the cuts on the Stampin' Trimmer, and score at 1', 2' and 6 1/2" from the top edge to the cut line (don't not score all the way across) and bottom edge to the cut line.
Then score the inside cut at 5 1/2".
1/2" x 4 1/4" DSP 2 pieces for the side panels
4 1/4" x 2 1/2" DSP for front panel
3/4" x 4" DSP for bottom front panel
I used scrap pieces of whisper white for the coral pieces then stamped them in shaded spruce.
I used a scrap piece of petal pink for the net, scrap pieces of gorgeous grape for the other pieces of coral and scraps of whisper white for the sand dollars

Thanks for stopping by, hope you enjoy making this card! Have a great weekend!

Kindness & Compassion Sympathy Card

Hello all,
Today's card of the day is a Sympathy card, not a card we all enjoy to make.
But we do use them to let people know we care.
This card is simple to make. You can make a lot of them in no time.
I used the Kind & Compassion Stamp Set. This set is also available in French.

This sentiment is a one line sentiment. I made it a two line sentiment.
I masked off half of it, stamped it then masked the other half and stamped it again.

* Masking is covering the part you don't want ink on with a post it, be sure and pull the post it off before you stamp.

Directions to make this card:
5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Whisper White card base, fold in half.
4 1/4" x 3 1/2" DSP tear a piece off, for the ripped look.
Stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy Ink.
Add a bow with a glue dot, using Whisper White sheer ribbon.
Add a few Glitter dots
